Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Signature Trading Club ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, community, and all related content and services (together, the "Service"). Signature Trading Club is operated by Connor, a funded trader and mentor based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide at sign-up is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Signature Trading Club provides trader education, daily trade ideas, market breakdowns, and community access. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. We are not a regulated financial adviser, broker, or signal service. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Past results do not guarantee future performance. You may lose some or all of your capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Access to Signature Trading Club is offered through an auto-renewable subscription. The following terms apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store: • Title: Signature Trading Club membership • Length: the subscription period (e.g. monthly) shown at the point of purchase • Price: the price shown at the point of purchase within the app Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price disclosed to you. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Subscriptions purchased directly through our website are billed through our third-party payment provider on the recurring cycle disclosed at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. • App Store subscriptions: manage or cancel through your device's Account Settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. • Website subscriptions: cancel from your account or by contacting support@signaturetradingclub.com. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

When using the Service, you agree that you will not: • Share, resell, redistribute, or republish our content, trade ideas, or community materials without our written permission • Share your account access with others or allow multiple people to use a single membership • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or our team within the community • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

All content provided through the Service — including trade ideas, breakdowns, written materials, videos, branding, and the risk model — is owned by or licensed to Signature Trading Club and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own education while your membership is active. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content for any commercial purpose.

The Service relies on third parties, including the Apple App Store, our payment provider, hosting and community platforms (such as Discord and Telegram), and analytics providers. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, brokers, or funded-account providers that you choose to use.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any educational content will lead to particular trading results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Trading Club shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply after your access ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law grants you rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to active members by email, and the revision date shown at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
