End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (the "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you and Signature Trading Club ("we", "us", "our") governing your download, installation, and use of the Signature Trading Club mobile application (the "App"). Signature Trading Club is operated by Connor, a funded trader and mentor based in the United Kingdom. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App. This EULA is concluded between you and Signature Trading Club only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This licence is for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or your account access.

You agree that you will not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by law • Share, resell, or redistribute trade ideas, breakdowns, or community materials without written permission • Share your login with others or allow multiple people to use a single membership • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose • Remove or alter any proprietary notices within the App We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these restrictions, without refund.

Access to Signature Trading Club through the App is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The following terms apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store: • Title: Signature Trading Club membership • Length: the subscription period (e.g. monthly) shown at the point of purchase • Price: the price shown at the point of purchase within the App Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price disclosed to you. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The App provides trader education, daily trade ideas, market breakdowns, and community access for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk. Past results do not guarantee future performance. You may lose some or all of your capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

All content within the App — including trade ideas, breakdowns, written materials, videos, branding, and the risk model — is owned by or licensed to Signature Trading Club and is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA; you receive only the limited licence described above.

Signature Trading Club is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services in respect of the App. For support, contact us at support@signaturetradingclub.com.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Trading Club shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of Signature Trading Club.

You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary. You also confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

This licence is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms, or if your subscription ends. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where the App Store Terms of Service or applicable consumer law provide otherwise. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law grants you rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update this EULA from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to active members by email, and the revision date shown at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
