You have the right to delete your Signature Trading Club account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly how to request deletion and what happens to your data once you do.
1.Email Your Request
Send an email to support@signaturetradingclub.com from the email address associated with your Signature Trading Club account.
Use the subject line "Delete My Account" so we can identify and prioritise your request.
2.Confirm Your Identity
So we can be certain the request is genuine, we may ask you to confirm a detail tied to your membership (for example, the email used at sign-up).
This protects your account from unauthorised deletion requests.
3.We Process the Deletion
Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
- •Your name and email address
- •Your membership and subscription details
- •Your community access (Discord / Telegram) linked to the account
- •Support communications and account preferences
What We May Retain
In limited cases, we are legally required to keep certain records even after your account is deleted:
- •Billing and transaction records required by law (e.g. tax and accounting obligations)
- •Anonymised analytics that can no longer be linked to you
